To place a RETURN REQUEST for your order,  please go to the  “returns page” on our website and follow the steps. We will receive your request and process it further.*

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation
Upon cancellation of an order before it gets shipped we provide a store credit valid for your next Purchase. 

Cancellation of product after the product has been shipped, we deduct Rs.100/- from the store credit. 

Please note:

  • We have a no refund policy, however there is a size exchange and a return for store credit option.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • The Scorleo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide us with a picture of the same, so that our team gets notified about the same. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, customised products and products sold in sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the Gift Card or store credit issued to you. 


Refunds
We currently do not provide monetary refund , but we happily provide a store credit or an exchange of the product .

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 


Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping orders are delivered in 8-14 working days and are ₹100 for all COD orders. 
  • Express Shipping orders are delivered in 1-4 working days and are ₹350/-
  • All COD orders are charged ₹100/-
  • You will get automated sms/email updates regarding the status of your order.
  • COD orders will only be processed after confirmation on automated text/call.
  • Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in the quality of our products before we send your parcel out to you. 

If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We do not provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been custom made. If you have purchased an item from us without any customisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit on the item once returned to us. If you wish to cancel a pre-order or current order, a store credit will be provided. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. 



Steps for Size Exchange:

  1. For size exchange please mail support@thescorleo.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 2 days of receiving the product or drop us a message on our Instagram Page @thescorleo.
  2. Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number'
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item back to us for exchange.
  4. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.
  5. We only send the exchanged package once post that there would be an additional charge of INR 100/- 

Steps for Return/Style Change:

  1. Please go to the returns/exchange tab on our Website and place a request with your registered email ID. 
  2. If not responded back timely,  please mail support@thescorleo.com with your original order number along with return reason within 2 days of receiving the product or drop us a message on our Instagram Page @thescorleo
  3. Mail subject line should have 'RETURN - name - order number'.
  4. Once we confirm via mail that the return is possible, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
  5. The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags and dust-bags. The tags should be intact.
  6. We do have a reverse pickup facility, but you will be charged for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, i.e., INR 100/-
  7. Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and provided that the product is unused and with the same tags it came with, we will confirm the store credit.
  8. If not, the unsaleable product will be sent back to the customer.
  9. For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.
  10. In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Steps for Size Customisation:

  • We offer plus size customisations and minor length adjustments (dresses/ trousers/skirts) at no additional cost
  • You can mention the customisation or any other alteration while placing the order at the Message box. 
  • Or Please drop us a dm on our Instagram page, ONLY once we confirm availability - you can place your order on the website.
  • We do not accept exchanges/returns as we are unable to repurpose the pieces, so please send the accurate measurements across.
  • Timelines are 2 weeks for size customs* 

 

Damages & Issues:

  • If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.

 

All mails/dms will be addressed within 24 hours of being received.

 

Taxes & Duties:

For orders across India, the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes and are at maximum retail price. In case of international orders, our products are shipped on delivery duty unpaid basis i.e the product prices on the website are exclusive of import duties. The order recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and any other charges applied by the country they are in and they must make the payment of these duties at the time of delivery.
