Refund Policy

To return your purchased products please send us an Email at support@thescorleo.com from your
registered Email account.
*Please mention the subject as Refund | Order number (Order number will be mentioned in your
bill, with the prefix SL-)


1. Terms of return:

  •  Return of a product will be accepted only if the return request is place before completion of 7 days, i.e. one week from when the product is received. After 7 days of receiving the product your return request will not be accepted.
  • The returned products will only be accepted if sent back in the same condition as you received it, i.e. with original packaging, original tags(undetached from the product) and no harm done to the product (like tearing, washing, dirt or marks, etc).
  •  Some products may be exempt from returning. Please refer to refund details of individual products for the same.
  •  Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  •  Please note that the product will not be returned without a purchase slip or receipt.
  •  Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer. 
2. Terms of refund (If Applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the received products via Email on your registered Email address only.
  • You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via Email on your registered Email address only.
  •  If your return is approved, the refund will be processed in the form of refund coupons, sent directly to you via Email.
  •  Please note that it may take a certain amount of days for the refund coupon to be sent to you.
  • Please note that the refund amount cannot be credited in your bank account or original mode of payment, but is generated as refund coupons ONLY.
  •  You can use the refund coupons to nullify or deduct the same amount on your next purchase.
3. Unaccepted Return Items
The products that are not accepted in the verification stage will be returned to you without
any refund.

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
  •  Refund coupon is sent to you only if our verification team approves the return.
  •  One the return is approved you will be notified via Email but it may take some time before you receive the actual refund coupon.
  •  For any further assistance, write to us at support@thescorleo.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.  
5. Sale Items (if applicable)
  •  The Scorleo does not provide return or refund for the products purchased under discounted prices and sale prices.
  •  Only the products purchased under original prices are eligible for return and refund.

6. Exchanges (if applicable) 
Exchange is not applicable on any product under any circumstances.
In order to replace your product you will have to return the product (Please refer to our terms
of return).

7. Gifts 

  •  If the item Purchased was marked as ‘Gift’ when purchased you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  •  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as ‘Gift’ when purchased original terms of return will be followed (Please refer to our Terms of return).
  •  In case the person returning the ‘Gift’ order is not the purchaser of the product, return notification and credit amount will be sent to the purchaser of the product, and not the receiver.
  •  In such a case the purchaser of the product will be notified of the return.
8. Terms of Shipping
  •  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the purchased products.
  •  Upon sending the email for return you will be provided with the shipping address.
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
