Exchange Policy | Return Policy | How to use Gift Card

To place a RETURN REQUEST for your order,  please go to the  “returns/exchanges page” on our website and follow the steps. We will receive your request and process it further.*

In case of exchange and return : 

Terms of Exchange -

1. Exchange of a product should be raised within 5 days of delivery, i.e., within five days from the date of delivery. 

2. The returned product should be in the same condition as delivered, i.e, with original packaging, original tags (undetached from the product) and no harm done to the product (like tearing, washing, dirt or marks, perfume smells or marks etc).(Note : Purchase slip is necessary)

3. An additional delivery charge of INR 100/- must be paid to request for an exchange or can directly send the product to our warehouse , i.e, [18/1, second floor, Ridge Road, Idgah Hills, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462001] with the purchase slip on the parcel.

4.In case the customer receives a different product or a damaged item, he/she shall not be imposed to pay the additional charges. 

5. Sizes can be exchanged as per convenience of the customer. 

[Note - Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality - check)]

6. Some products may be exempt from returning. Please refer to refund details of individual products for the same.

7. Customized sizes can not be exchanged, i.e, above XL for other clothes and L for dresses. 

8. Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!

Once we receive your shipment, your exchange request will be initiated and a new package will be shipped out to you. 

Please note : 

• Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality - check) 

Process time : 3-4 working days

• In case of any defect or damage in the product, we will ship back your product in 7-10 working days with prior information to you. 

• In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days or provide a voucher to you, for your next purchase.

 

Return Policy

Returns or Cancellation - 

*Please note that we only provide store credit for the returned products if all the terms of return are met. 

• Once the return request is accepted, our courier partner will pick up the products from your place within 5 working days.

• After this the products go through a verification stage where the products are checked as per the terms of return.  

• If the products are accepted, you will be notified via Email. You will be issued a coupon voucher of your purchase amount. 

• Please note that you will be charged the shipment charges for the return which will be deducted from your coupon voucher. For example- If your purchase amounts to INR 999 your gift coupon issued after return will be for INR 899.

Reason for Return : 

• In case the customer receives a different product or a damaged item, he/she shall not be imposed to pay the additional charges. 

•  Dresses are not applicable for return or cancellation as they are made to order. 

• Please note that it may take a certain amount of days for the refund coupon to be sent to you.

• The refund coupon cannot be credited in your bank account or original mode of payment, but is generated as coupons ONLY.

• You can use the refund coupons to nullify or deduct the same amount on your next purchase.

An order once placed/shipped/delivered can’t be canceled or returned under any circumstances

On approval, we will provide you with store credit to your THE SCORLEO account or send you a voucher of the same amount to your Email for your next purchase.

HOW TO USE GIFT CARD : 

•  Use the Gift card code on the “coupons” space at the time of checkout and the amount will be deducted as per the voucher. Go ahead and place your order, we will take care of the rest. 

Unaccepted Return Items

The products that are not accepted in the verification stage will be returned to you without

any refund, an additional cost of INR 100 will be charged if the return is not accepted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

• Refund coupon is sent to you only if our verification team approves the return.
• Once the return is approved you will be notified via Email but it may take some time before you receive the actual refund coupon.
• For any further assistance, write to us at support@thescorleo.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours or contact us on 022-45301985. 

Sale Items (if applicable)

• The Scorleo does not provide return or refund for the products purchased under discounted prices and sale prices.
• Only the products purchased under original prices are eligible for return and refund.

Gifts 

• If the item Purchased was marked as ‘Gift’ when purchased you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as ‘Gift’ when purchased, original terms of return will be followed (Please refer to our Terms of return).
• In case the person returning the ‘Gift’ order is not the purchaser of the product, return notification and credit amount will be sent to the purchaser of the product, and not the receiver.
• In such a case the purchaser of the product will be notified of the return.
